I am the Waris

The dandy adventurer Waris Ahluwalia brought his dazzling collection to London at an intimate Brunswick House supper, co-hosted by the equally magnetic film-maker Quentin Jones (in James Long and vintage) and Justin O’Shea of MyTheresa (in Prada and Acne). Amid the curios, Waris wore a suit by Doyle Mueser and introduced his film trilogy with Jones for MyTheresa. Proving the old gypsy adage right: “All who roam are not lost.” Friends joining the revels included Erdem, Mary Katrantzou, Acne’s Pontus Björkman, Rebecca Guinness and Mary Charteris, delighting in the delicious food, atmosphere and the live gypsy band (and the equally intoxicating namesake cocktail).

About thematerialsleuth

I work in the digital industry and this blog is an outlet for things that I admire whether its design, interior, graphic, fashion, styling, industrial, architecture, art, illustration, music or other bloggers etc. I constantly search for different artists who do not grab the media attention or have high profiles brand ambassadors pushing their products.
